Search Terms
A name, location, or other term entered in a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Emery County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy controls its collection and use.
Messages to Us
If you send an email or use a contact form, we retain the message and the contact details needed to respond. We do not share a message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Automatic Technical Data
Like most websites, this site receives basic technical and usage details when a page loads. The data may include:
