Nature of the Site

This is an independent reference site with no authority to act for a government office. It does not keep official jail, release, corrections, or court records. It cannot confirm a person’s custody status, release anyone, post bond, or file a request or court document for a visitor.

The site points to Emery County and Utah records resources and may connect visitors with outside research tools. A link or referral does not make the outside service part of this site.

Acceptable Use Rules

You may use the site only in a lawful way that respects other people and the operation of the service. You agree that you will not:

• Tenant selection, housing approval, or lease decisions.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance rates and coverage.
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government benefit.

The site may link to release-record sources, sheriff and corrections pages, government portals, legal-aid resources, and outside search providers. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control the destination’s content, privacy practices, prices, terms, accuracy, or availability. Review its terms before using it.
